Failed research

Failed requests and searches with no valid relevant posts do not use a credit.

Research pack refunds

Within 7 days of purchase, contact support for a review if paid credits have not been used. Duplicate charges or service delivery problems should include the Waffo order number. Refunds are returned through the original payment channel.
