Privacy

Updated September 20, 2026. DigNeeds collects the data needed to run research accounts and protect the service.

Accounts and research

We store a random account ID, a hash of the recovery code, credits, search conditions, research results and notes you choose to save. The recovery code is shown once and should remain private.

Third-party services

Our hosting environment processes requests and storage. TikHub receives English search terms and community filters to return public Reddit discussions. Waffo processes checkout and billing; DigNeeds does not store full card details.

Contact

For a data request or question, email peanuts.shen162427@gmail.com. Never send your recovery code.
